My dear Lover,
You are not Not far,
I can taste the air.
I am so close,
so near,
I should have nothing to fear.
I cheer, when I here the sound of your music,
I have cried when I hear other people abuse it.
You are what I want,
There will be complications,
But I see it as a competition.
I will soon be there,
To kiss your Long beach hair.
I will do all I can to protect my dream .
Your body may be rough around the edges,
but too me it looks like cream ledges.
I remember when I first laid eyes on you,
my boyfriend introduced us over the net,
Oh, How can I forget.
I was scared to visit you,
and see you for the first time.
I was afraid of change.
living in a cage,
I am a little deranged.
Exploring, on my own, is scary as can be,
But, you sounded so beautiful,
I felt almost un-worthy.
Yet, later after I knew we were meant to meet.
So now my sweet,
we must wait.
I have some pictures that will keep us alive,
I will strive to see you again
I wish it was in a couple of days,
actually, let me rephrase,
I wish to see you tomorrow,
So don’t show your sorrow.
I love you and I know you will stay,
and maybe cry all day.
Until I arrive,
I swear I have a strong strive.
And we will meet for the first time,
I cant wait.
Yet, until then All I can do is rhyme,
To the chyme of your ocean.
In my eyes lay my lovers skies.

I Don’t ever know what is real anymore. When things go bad they really go bad. As you all know I was planning on attending Humboldt State University, well my plans have changed because money is the ruler of all good and bad experiences in life. I had a loan for almost 3,000.00 dollors but because, I dropped a class with a ‘W’ during the summer they decided to not give me the money promised. So, I will have to wait another semester.
I thought about my exspenses and relized I could still go. My friend Lauraine was willing to let me stay at her place until I found housing. How Great! Well, I got a letter from her the same day I found I wasn’t getting my money that she will be unable to allow me to stay in her house because of personel issues.
$337.00 for gas
food costs
$327.00 airplane
$500.00 truck transfer
and lets not forget apartment and down payment.
I wish scholarship people got to know me so they know exactly where their money is going. I am going to try again for future scholarships yet, it is so hard to get them when you are such a little person, from a little town, looking for a large amount of money. If any of you have any ideas hit me up. I could use the motivation. I Love Kids, I am interested in the way people think. I want this so bad.
Here is a little art project i did…

Geeze there is so much I haven’t talked about yet… Well, recently I was making some calls and making friends in Arcata, California and I was introduced to a woman named Lauraine, I met Mrs. Lauraine through a friend of mine whom I took a class with at DABCC. Her name is Florance. I was telling Florence about my worries moving to Arcata and she told me she has a dear friend up there. I said, “Really, What a small world”. Than Florance told me that Lauraine might be able to help me.
After a few conversations back and fourth with Lauraine and after many apartment attempts I found that many land lords would rather see the person moving into there apartment before they rent them out. That left me in a ‘Pickle’ because I live in NM, and Arcata is on the other side of the planet as far as I am concerned. So, I talked to her about maybe being able to stay in her home until I find a place of my own. She was excited about the idea. To my surprise there are still nice people out in the world.
Thank you,
Lauraine
